Urgently required 'Marketing / Business Manager for a Leading Global Coating Company based in Bangalore

Education & Experience

- Preferable MBA from a premier B-School

- Sales/marketing experience of about 10-12 years

- Good analytical & strategic thinking abilities

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

- To develop & implement long term marketing strategies for trade products aimed at attaining leadership position and sustainability for the business.

- Design, and develop annual marketing operating plan. Implement marketing plan to achieve targeted business growth in priority segments.

- To Support the functional head in defining the A & P budget and operate within guidelines for the trade A&P budget.

- Prepare integrated product development plans with RD&Innovation Center, plant and other support functions.

- Plan effective ATL & BTL marketing activities (Retail Branding Conceptualising/Colour Collaterals etc.) aimed at brand building to support business growth.

- Develop and execute roadmap for introduction of international brands.

- NPI, Brand/ product rationalisation based on market analysis / research of current & future trends.

- Operate within guidelines of product stewardship & HSE & S in product development, marketing activities & application of products.

Functional Responsibilities/Network

- Defining Branding, Product positioning, brand introduction/ rationalization.

- Pricing for the Trade channel.

- Define and run consumer promotion schemes for identified priority products.

- Implement product growth strategy to achieve intended category wise sales, market share and profitability. Continuous monitoring of volume and contribution margin for Trade business.

- Develop & execute the marketing calendar. Create marketing support for the sales team in terms of product collaterals, placement scheme, product training, product communications

- Monitor the PFR (toll manufacturing) product & work closely with PFR manager to develop new vendors.
