"This position exists with one of our esteemed clients. They are the leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment's in India.
Responsibilities :
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies with the help of the sales and corporate communications team.
- Developing the annual marketing communication plan and tracking its completion.
- Overseeing all branding, advertising and promotional campaigns and tracking their ROI.
- Develop and manage creative content for multiple platforms - brochures, stories, blogs, infographics, presentations etc.
- Create and execute digital / social media strategies across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Website and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the central corporate team for managing SEO, SEM, Google campaigns, sponsored posts, display / text ads for driving traffic onto these platforms.
Business Development:
- Identifying new market segments and applications.
- Identifying potential partners for strategic tie-ups and potential channel partners.
- Preparing regular market research reports and providing insights on competition to the internal teams.
- Business analysis - Analyze and report on customer behavior insights to improve the digital channels
- Coordinate for organizing business development events like exhibitions, seminars, webinars, channel partner meets and new product launches.
Experience :
6-7 years of experience in the field of marketing and business development for a capital equipment manufacturing company. 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing would be preferable.
Knowledge / Skills:
- Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking for business analysis.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and strong content creation and presentation skills.
