Job Responsibilities:

The Primary focus/job function of the individual hired in this position will be - Marketing.

Identifying opportunities for the Company in New Markets for New Products, New Markets for Existing Products & New Products for Existing Markets.

Individual is expected to gather Market Intelligence with respect to competition, market potential and work closely to grow India's market share.

Be adopt at formulating, timely implementing & closely monitoring marketing plans in association with the MD.

Other key responsibilities:

- To manage B2B sales/Institutional Sales

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve company's ambitious growth

- Increase market share and visibility of Bericap in the region

- To build a strategy to sustain business and better profitability

- To build strong sales processes to achieve long term objective, to drive key account process

- Conduct competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast market trends

- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development

- To build strong relationship with internal stake holders (e.g. key accounts holders)

- The ability to initiate conversations of business prospects with the decision makers

- The ability to operate as an insightful professional (e.g. good eye for new trends) and capitalize on any untapped opportunities
