Responsibilities include -
- Generate actionable insights from performance analysis of company's campaigns across all media channels (primarily mobile & web)
- Leverage our data sets to increase the efficiency of marketing spend by collaborating with the customer acquisition as well as retention teams
- Analyze app/web usage & transaction patterns to segment customer base & help define business propositions & revenue opportunities within these segments
- managing and executing analytics projects for the Growth Marketing
- Work with product teams to ensure usage insights are baked in product enhancements
- Collate all marketing & sales metrics that help drive visibility in the business for the executive team
- Delivering scheduled reports, based on a specified timetable (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.) in a data warehouse environment as well as the creation of ad-hoc reports as needed
- Create new metrics and reporting that help drive business decisions
- Providing support in the automation of data reporting
Candidate Profile Essential -
- 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficient in Web & Mobile Analytics, MS Excel
- Bonus Experience: Tableau, R, API.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates with some Tableau experience would be preferred
- Candidates who have programming knowledge would be preferred
