1) Business Strategy
- Develop brand strategy in order to drive sales growth and increase market share. Devise the product mix, channel penetration and inventory plans.
- Full accountability for development of pricing and pricing strategies. Responsibility towards maximizing gross contribution at segment and brand level at targeted sales volume.
2) Product Management
- Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds.
- Increase sales growth by profitable product line-up. Effective product life cycle management. Lead the development for new categories to drive growth.
- Track the performance of competition brands and overall market share.
- Analyse sales and brand health on a monthly basis. Devise reports for Global teams including sales, brand strategy, inventory etc.
3) Marketing
- Liaise with advertising team to fuel optimal social media/ATL marketing. Interact with the channel partners to work on retail ambience and instore marketing.
4) Product Training
- Conduct product training regularly.
Candidate Requirement :-
MBA - Full Time ( Marketing )
- Candidate currently handling " International Brand Category in India " preferred
- Should be able to manage a Category of products
- Should have a strong inter-personal skills
- Able to manage team and associates
- Should have a strong experience in, Lifestyle Brand Product line
- Candidates from Lifestyle Brand / Accessories / Watches / Garments / Luxury Product Only preferred
