They have a global footprint and have established themselves in close to 100 countries.Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for an India auto program manager.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director-Growth Initiatives, you will be responsible for Working closely with business/function/project teams to ensure identified programs are progressing as per plan.

- Being the primary owner for capturing macro/auto industry insights and decipher its impact on the organization strategy.

- Working closely with various business and functions to help the organization deliver sustained growth.

- Being the critical owner for the the innovation vertical in the same segment.

- Being responsible for strategy adjustment as and when need depending on the environment

- Working closely with key account managers and establishing strategic partnerships with key accounts

The Successful Candidate - You must be a B.Tech (mechanical/auto) and have an MBA from a Top tier B-school.You should have 8-12 years post MBA functional experience in business development/marketing/management consulting/strategic planning/program management . You must have prior exposure in project management. Strong auto domain knowledge is a must. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be strong at strategic thinking.
