Seeking a Marketing Automation Email Specialist to drive effective marketing communications. Responsibilities include template development, test strategies, and campaign support. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML/CSS, with expertise in marketing automation platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid (Shift timing: CST:6 PM-2:45 AM)

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage digital templates (emails, landing pages, programs) in the marketing automation platform.

2. Ensure designs meet Company/Organization brand standards across devices and browsers.

3. Implement A/B testing strategies to boost traffic and revenue.

4. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including creating emails, landing pages, and tracking placements.

5. Support automated lead generation programs.

6. Understand lead scoring and nurturing for effective campaigns.

7. Provide reports on key campaign metrics.

8. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation best practices.

9. Demonstrate expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of digital marketing experience, specializing in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.

2. Proficient in HTML/CSS for creating responsive emails and landing pages.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

4. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

5. Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and CRM.
