We are hiring for Analytics professionals,person have experience in marketing, campaign analytics.

This opportunity is part of a highly motivated & innovative team supporting our world-class analytics organization applies rigorous, solution-oriented analysis and modeling techniques to enable commerce by connecting buyers and sellers, will focus on analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns globally to identify key learning’s and insights that will lead to strategic recommendations and optimize our marketing outcomes to drive merchant value.

Team is also focused on developing new products and solutions in the online space that can be monetized and sold as a consulting/Insights solution to Clients - some of them being website effectiveness, website optimization, campaign measurement, TV measurement etc. The team leverages SAS, SQL, Big Data platform(Hadoop), advance analytical techniques like clustering, segmentation, machine learning algorithms for Audience measurement across all segments, channels and offers to ultimately recommend actions that will improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of analytical methodology and delivery of our advertising and web effectiveness measurement solutions

- Develop an analytic framework for measuring marketing campaign success globally by analyzing campaign activity holistically across segments, channels, and offers, ultimately developing insights and strategic recommendations that lead to optimization and greater value to merchants

- Provide analytical and technical through leadership to scale up BI products & solutions delivery e.g. campaign measurement/website effectiveness solution leveraging Big Data Platform

- Collaborate with segmentation and measurement teams to weave insights and recommendations into future campaign activity

- Partner with the consulting and marketing product teams across GMS Marketing to identify merchant needs and develop new analytical products & solutions

- Oversee the project scope and problem solving approach and align with GMS business partners. Iterate on the tactics as projects progress and suggest course corrections proactively

- Provide thought leadership in framing the key issues and emerging hypotheses by leveraging a structured thinking approach. Provide oversight in the synthesis of data into meaningful and actionable stories

- Prioritize efficiently to manage deliverables to committed deadlines. prepare project plans and other supporting information, and provide project status

- Foster knowledge management through project documentation (scope doc, program logic, data, presentation) that can serve as a reference for a variety of customers and future engagements

- Drive on-time, high quality project deliverables through effective project prioritization and management

- Build and manage a high performing and highly engaged team

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualification:

- Hands on experience of predictive modeling, test & learn techniques and advance statistical methods.

- Strong analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of complex business requirements and generate possible courses of action

- Strong quantitative skills and experience working with large amounts of data via SAS/SQL programming

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to prioritize and deliver work within a deadline-driven climate

- Ability to communicate and partner with people having diverse professional backgrounds

- Working knowledge of Big Data Platform and machine learning techniques, such as k-nearest neighbors , GBM, Random Forest etc is a Big Plus

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple relationships and projects, proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change

- Experience in multi-channel digital advertising & marketing analytics is a plus

- 5+ years relevant experience

- Master Degree in statistics, mathematics, Computer Science, economics, engineering or equivalent pre
