Education Requirement: B Tech/M Tech/MSc from IIT/ISI or MBA from Reputed Institutes/ TOP University.

1) Job Responsibilities (Day to day requirement)

- Drive cross-team business analysis projects.

- To provide statistical and quantitative tools and solutions of the highest quality to solve significant business issues across credit cards, retail banking, consumer lending etc.

- Work with business partners in defining business goals and analysis requirements

- Manage partners' expectations in a dynamic and fluid environment.

- Develop Statistical models-Regression/ Predictive.

- Provides timely and accurate execution/delivery of multiple business projects.

- Act as a leader for the performance management process by setting clear performance expectations.

- To develop models using a consistent, statistically sound process and of the highest quality.

2) Skills and Experience

Technical

Established competency in one or more of following:

- SAS

- Financial Analysis

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling

Business

- Extensive business knowledge and area expertise.

- Possess and apply sound analytical decision-making disciplines.

- Good project management skills and leadership potential.

- Knowledge and experience in retail banking, consumer lending or credit cards in the analytics discipline across marketing and/or risk management.
