Marketing Analyst - Consumer Insights
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build a strong analytical foundation for the marketing team, ranging from understanding users to measuring traffic, social media performance, campaigns and creating dashboards
- Build a robust campaign measurement methodology including attribution models (affiliate, social media such as Facebook, Twitter along with direct, referrals, etc) and evaluation criteria
- Leading effort to drive acquisition and engagement by brainstorming/collecting campaign ideas and coordinating with other functional teams.
- Be the key problem solver by conducting deep dive analysis using various digital marketing tools.
- Leading reporting and analysis efforts to ensure business goals are met, data driven decision making is encouraged and key operations are measured.
Desired profile:
- 3-6 years of analytical and database experience(preferably the field of Marketing analytics)
- Insightful & analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Basic Knowledge of Statistics
- Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Ability to bring out insights, actionable recommendations and stories from data.
