Responsibilities :
- Providing strategic insights from both quantitative/qualitative data analysis on marketing activities
- Collecting, aggregating and analyzing the performance of the various marketing channels and new initiatives on a regular basis
- Identifying market trends to aid marketing decisions through analyzing competitor and customer data
- Presenting findings to stakeholders through trackers and dashboards and offering recommendations to improve marketing performance
Key Competencies :
- 3-6 years of experience in a data/marketing analytics or business analytics role
- Advanced working knowledge in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Big Query, SQL, forecasting models
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
- Fair knowledge of the marketing setup with the ability to derive data from GA, Search console, crm, third-party tools, big query tables etc.
- Prior experience with real data for customer insights, business and market analysis, in-depth understanding of MIS
- Sound statistical knowledge and experience with visualization tools such as Google Datastudio, Tableau, etc.
- Should be strong in problem-solving, step-by-step data analysis, ability to communicate insights
