Market Research/Business Development Role - BFSI

JOB Accountabilities :

Key Performance Indicators :

- Market Research for prospective development/ land monetization concepts for the following :

- Compare national/ international benchmarks, market analysis, demand & supply projections, trends, practices, qualify risks etc.

- Financial analysis/ models included to ascertain expected cash flows, NPV valuations, expected ROI etc.

- Provide inputs for finalization of land monetization strategies

- Development of bid strategy/ broad commercial structure, process and documentation

- Support Business Development : Identification of prospective customers and engagement with them for finalisation of development concept and checking their interest

- Explore revenue generation opportunities by temporary use of vacant land

- No. of acres of land monetized in a given year as per approved land monetization schedule (GMR has 185 acres of land outside the Delhi airport)

- Support Bid process Management and execution of project agreements with Successful Bidders

- Appointment of Consultants, Transaction managers for successful implementation of the CPD land Monetisation strategy

- To work with aforementioned consultants & team for preparation of the documents and other project agreements (DA, IDSA etc.)

- Support development of the concept CPD master plan for each land parcel to incorporate new projects / opportunity / basis the approved land monetization strategy

- Development of master planning with vendors/ consultants for identified land parcels as per CPD land monetization strategy

- Responsible for preparation and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder management program with all existing CPD Developers

- Manage relationship with customer/developers and undertake customer satisfaction surveys directly and through agencies.

- Oversee and track the schedule of development of land monetization concepts already being awarded with the help of all concerned stakeholders, including compliance with regulatory norms

- Conduct C Sat Survey

- Support the receivable management recovery plan to ensure that no outstanding payments are due from the Developers
