Market Research Analyst - BFSI - Startup

We, Talisman Advisors, are looking for a Market Research Analyst with one of our clients based out of Hyderabad. Our client is a leading financial service provider.

The incumbent will be responsible for in-depth analysis of the market/industry.

Responsibilities:

a. Conducting in-depth analysis of the Market/ Industry as well as the Competition analysis using traditional and advanced methods to find out the Industry best practices & come up with suggestions for improvement in our processes/ services as well as new service options.

b. Keep track of the developments in the Industry & provide live inputs for the organization to be future ready.

c. Prepare presentations for top Management on Industry best practices & initiatives needed to be undertaken by us.

We are looking at candidates with an MBA from (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Institute) with around 2-5 years of work experience in Market research in BPO/BFSI space.

The candidate needs to have in-depth understanding about dynamics of various industries. Ideally should have worked in startup companies. Or in established companies, should have worked on product launch, business strategy etc.

Salary can be in the range of 9-10 lacs.
