Broad Roles and responsibilities will include : - Provide Strategic direction to grow the current portfolio and effectively create communicate/design tactical plans for brand portfolio towards all relevant stakeholders HCPs, Chemists and also direct to the patients. - Liason with Global team to understand the best practices and strategic therapy growth levers - Strengthen scientific engagement programs, KOL engagement and activation programs in addition to developing DTC micromarketing campaigns - Conducting market surveys /research and sales trends reviews to get in-depth market and brand insights - Evaluate need gaps and potential NPI's in the segment. - To monitor promo budgets for and control allocated promotional expenditure for the product(s) - To create, together with Demand Planning &amp; Logistics, and be jointly responsible for accurate monthly rolling forecasts - Interdepartmental liaison across all functions: Finance, supply chain, legal, regulatory, medical, training, purchase &amp; commercial excellence for smooth execution. Requirements: - Requirement for candidate of 8+ years of pharma experience for managing leading therapy portfolio (including line extensions) in segment involving mix of ethical and OTX marketing with people management responsibility in addition to top line, bottom line and market share growth responsibility.
