We are looking to hire a Market mix Modeler for our client-A Management consulting Firm

Location:Bangalore

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Modeling experience - Advanced proficiency in Market Mix Modelling, Marketing analytics, customer segmentation, Churn analytics, Bayesian Regression and R. etc

- Should have the capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the business

- Should have influenced decision making by presenting recommendations/ insights

- Experience in analytics techniques like segmentation, SQL/SAS/R

- Should be comfortable working with large datasets

- Should Have Project management skills to manage and cope with changing requirements in a fast paced environment

- Experienced in dashboard creation and visualization, solving marketing problems such as improving customer behavior, tracking product performance etc

- Proven track-record of team building and development, with an ability to mentor and lead individuals

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an experience of Client management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Person would use Data mining, mapping, harmonization, and statistical modeling to solve business problems for the client

- Delivering Insight, Impact, Innovation & Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverable

- Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify alternative solutions

- Effectively communicate business, technical and product information at all levels, completely hands-on with work
