Role Title: Market Finance Manager

Recommended: Function-S&F

PURPOSE :

- Briefly summarize the reason for the existence of the position.

- Responsible for co-piloting of cross-functional activity teams responsible for driving brand growth and profitability and providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations for business activities (item, brand, pack launches, pricing recommendations.) Develops overall brand growth and earnings frameworks and driving activities to improve brand business models (e.g., SKU rationalization, brand/pack profitability, etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Market Director and marketing management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans.

2. Manage the processes of the Market financial shaping and financial forecasting, analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying business issues and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions.

3. Analyzes and summarizes financial reports such as commercial product launch recommendations, BSA spending, pricing strategy and profitability of brand portfolio. The incumbent also analyzes actual results of operations to identify real or potential problems and recommends corrective action to management.

4. Proactive identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions. Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy.

5. Effectively lead, support and develop the Finance team. Select, engage and develop Associates to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the unit's objectives.

1. Education (Minimum Needed): C.A./ICWA /MBA Finance

2. Experience (Minimum Needed): 4 to 6 years

3. Specialized Knowledge Needed to Perform the Role - Prior FP&A experience
