Currently we are Looking out Professionals for Our Prestigious Client Position: -Market Development Manager Location: - Mumbai - Support the market development team in the implementation of effective demand generation initiatives to develop top line sales as per plan. Focus on key products relevant to Rural and establish them as per the goals set for the year. - Facilitate implementation of field mktg. initiatives by appropriate monitoring and guidance to RMDMs &amp; CMDIs. - Responsible for creating effective modules for end user connect programs for Rurban division, drive implementation through field force. - Designing and institutionalizing a robust MIS and review process for the field marketing team. - Lead the process reviewing effective utilization and effectiveness of give -away (gifts &amp; tools) &amp; development of LSP, to improve competitive edge in the market. - Ensure adherence to decided Field Marketing budgets &amp; continuously improve efficiency of spending. - Work with the Design studio for all relevant marketing requirements. Track back-end processes e.g. Purchase orders etc. - Training the field force in Rural Marketing initiatives like participation in villages haats, organising farmer connect programmes, generate market insights in the rural so as to plan the business effectively, guide team in spotting opportunities for new products / product changes through field visits.
