Market Development Manager - Paints

Develop business / sales of speciality chemicals within all-India paint and manufacturing companies

Identify and develop suppliers / principals for sourcing of speciality chemicals for paint and coating applications

Building long term relationships with key customers and key suppliers / principals

Customer Service - provide quality services of supply to customers as per service standards of our company

Company Targets - Achieve Targets as per mutual agreement

Market Knowledge - Utilize market knowledge in area of paints and coatings for developing new business with existing / new customers with existing and new products

Leadership skills & willingness to travel

Candidate Profile:

Candidate must have at least 3 Years of experience in Decorative Paints

Good communication skills & Positive attitude

Must have done B.SC. as graduation & M.B.A (Marketing)

Must have basic technical & market knowledge of India's Paints & Coatings industry

Must develop efficient Customer & Supplier Relationship

Possess Commercial / Business Development Skills
