- Market development & execution for all channels including general trade, modern trade, E-commerce, Horeca and later exports
- Set up distribution channels including super stockists- across West India and later Pan India, with focus on convenience stores
- Well connected with Modern Trade merchandisers, general trade Distributors etc.
- Eventually handle sales, business development & marketing by collaborating with CEO for corporate growth & evolution
- Impart training to team for effective execution of strategy; Develop Incentive programs
- Develop marketing literature, website, take product pricing decisions
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability vs demand
- Identify & develop new products along with product development team
- G/MBA, 6-10 years' experience, 30-35 years' of age
