Edu-Academics Fellowship Program:

We are looking for passionate educators who possess the drive to take quality education to each and every student. One who can support the school in completely revolutionizing the face of current K-12 education space. If you have experience in the field of teaching to K-12 students, teacher administration, curriculum management etc, then this fellowship is for you.

This fellowship program is 1 year long and designed to give people, with 2 - 4 years of teaching experience, a comprehensive and challenging ground within the education space.

At the end of this fellowship program, fellows will be offered a chance to take up a permanent role in the business.

The domain of education is close to their heart, and they wish to make an impact to the future of our nation, using your core understanding and expertise of the education ecosystem. They have taken risk and displayed exceptional achievement in a domain of education.

Fellows are responsible for enhancement of curriculum, teacher performance evaluation, achievement of teaching goals & learning outcomes, and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. They have a key role in the development of a positive work environment - one that is innovative and responsive to student needs. They work closely with the leadership team to achieve the projects undertaken.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be inclusive of all tasks that a candidate might end up doing. Specific roles & responsibilities may also vary depending upon the requirement of the school and the competence proved by the candidate.

The Edu-Academic Fellow will provide leadership and management in the areas of:

1. Setting appropriate standards and benchmarks in curriculum areas

2. Planning, implementing and overseeing assessment of various projects undertaken

3. Analyzing, preparing and presenting data to demonstrate achievements of cohorts in test and tasks, and learnings of projects undertaken

4. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the syllabus and student learning requirements for all relevant subjects from Playschool to Class X

5. Ensuring student records are well-maintained in a manner that is easily accessible

6. Supervising performance and progress of teachers & students

7. Making informed and positive contributions to the planning and development of school initiatives

9. Providing leadership and support in the area of student/teacher interaction and curriculum delivery
