Job Description : As the Supply Head at Numberdekho, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the supply side of our on-demand home services platform. You will be responsible for overseeing and building a robust team, developing supply strategies, tracking performance, and identifying top-quality vendors for services such as AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning services across India.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Team Leadership:- Build and lead a team of 20+ supply professionals, including Supply Coordinators, Vendor Managers, and Supply Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

2. Supply Strategy:- Develop and execute comprehensive supply strategies to ensure a consistent and efficient supply chain for our services.

3. Vendor Management:- Identify and onboard reliable and high-quality vendors for various services. Evaluate, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships. (Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in vendor management in the on-demand services industry.)

4. Process Improvement:- Continuously improve and streamline supply-related processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

5. Performance Tracking:- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking systems to monitor supply chain performance, vendor performance, and service delivery quality.

6. Quality Control:- Implement quality control measures to ensure service providers meet or exceed the company's standards.

7. Forecasting:- Collaborate with other teams to forecast and anticipate supply needs based on market trends and customer demands.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in handling vendor companies in the on-demand services industry.

2. Strong understanding of the on-demand services industry in India.

3. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

4. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
