- Assist in execution of RMG strategy and organizational capabilities that promote cost-effective best practices, improve service quality, ensure compliance, and provide high calibre talent and overall RMG success.
- Foster collaboration within HR team and with business stakeholders, HODs and hiring managers.
- Responsible for effective planning of hiring from different sources i.e., Job portals, professional networking sites, employee referral, organisation website, Direct, internal movement or any other suitable source of hiring.
- Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ coordinating in recruitment processes /training programs.
- Building a pipeline of candidates for various requirements through Job Portals, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct Campus drives/Walk-In drive, Coordinate and maintain relationship with placement cells of various campuses.
- Conduct Preliminary screening of candidates to assess appropriate skills and relevance against qualification, knowledge, skills, abilities, interest and experience mentioned in the job specification.
- Manage the candidates during the interview, fill relevant assessment forms and co-ordination with interviewer.
- Regular interactions with business lead to share updates regarding vacant positions and actions undertaken for their closure.
- Ensuring the background verification of all the employees & managing the service provider.
- Responsible for managing new joining formalities, updating system, managing files, inform stockholders/finance regarding joining.
- Co-ordination with various teams as and when required.
- Ensuring all the recruitment reports and dashboards are maintained and updated effectively.
- Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities
