We are looking for candidates who are having hands on experience in implementing HRMS / PMS modules in a company. This vacancy is open with leading global pharmaceutical company with office in Badarpur, New Delhi :
- Oversees and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems and modules for India/US & UK.
- Assist with reviewing and documenting processes undertaken within HR and making recommendations for their implementation/development.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS end users.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommends and implements solutions.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Programs Workflow Management and Module-based Reports publications.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Maximise the utilisation of HR systems to automate standard processes.
- Assist others with processes relating to systems upgrades, including reviewing release notes, formulating and running system tests, and troubleshooting
- Deal with systems queries and process requests in relation to problem solving, systems configuration and technical faults.
- Provide system training to HR and non-HR users
- Provide technical guidance and training to administrative, technical, and end user on the operation of the human resources data systems.
- Assists HR teams for data and workflow management, performance and compensation management, Timesheet, Attendance & leave module on boarding & database management throughout the year.
REQUISITE EDUCATION LEVEL & EXPERIENCE
- B.Tech or PGDM/MBA degree & experience relevant field.
- A minimum of 4-6 years experience in relevant field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- HRIS/HRMS implementation experience in India/US/UK - understanding of nuances of implementation.
- Must have experience of HRIS (employee central) and modules like Performance Management, Leave Management
