Marathon Realty - Head - Presales

We are looking for a young, driven manager to head our Inside Sales team. You will have a team of executives from the contact centre reporting to you and will be reporting to the Marketing Head.

As the first point of contact with most clients, the contact centre is probably the most important touchpoint for the brand and should represent the brand's voice. We want to bring about a paradigm shift in the way the Inside Sales team works. Our priority is to humanize the communication with the client by listening more than talking and pitching solutions rather than products. We want to get rid of the 'script', stop annoying clients by spamming them repeatedly or just reading off a boring script, and empower executives to converse with clients with the sole objective of making the client happy.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing multiple channels of communication (phone, email, live chat, FB messenger, whatsapp etc.) with the clients, setting up rigorous systems and processes that enable the contact centre to make data driven decisions and reduce TAT, and most importantly training and mentoring the team on the product as well as client servicing. You will be working closely with the sales team and the marketing managers.

This is a challenging but incredibly exciting role, with our vast portfolio having projects ranging from a few lakhs to several crores including townships, large offices, retail, luxury projects and more.
