As a part of the company's globally distributed engineering team, our engineers gain exposure to the latest software engineering practices and fast development cycles.  - Our developers routinely work on challenging technical problems that utilize the latest technologies for fast-paced software delivery.  Job Description : We are looking for highly motivated People Operations Lead to drive HR and Recruitment activities.  Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be:  Recruitment (~80%)  - Responsible for hiring engineering and management graduates every year from the top engineering and management colleges  - Conduct off-campus drives for hiring engineers  - Help evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions  - Build relations with Training and Placement Officers and secure first interview slot for the company  - Coordinate post campus activities like follow up with students, distribution of offer letters, training material to students, onboarding plan, logistics etc.  - Responsible for lateral recruitment drives.  HR Operations (~20%)  - Own six monthly performance appraisal cycle  - Review performance appraisal forms before PA discussion  - Keep track of employee certifications and organization learning initiatives  Candidate Profile :   Qualifications should include :  - First class throughout in computer science, IT, commerce, management, engineering or liberal arts from a good university  - Ability to independently drive the HR and Recruitment function  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate and convince a wide range of applicants  Experience : 3 - 6 years or more  Salary range : 7- 10 LPA
