Salary Offered : 7-20 LPA

Job Description :

1. Looking for someone from FMCG space and who has a passion for sales who has dealt with big retail/ departmental stores which drives to close deals.

2. He/She will be responsible for tying up with them, account management, making all categories from these stores live, handling end to end processes (from tying up to making them live), coordinating with various branches of the store etc.

3. We mainly want someone who knows about the retail industry, will have a quick turnaround time to get the brands onboard.

4. Define and execute sales strategies by working closely with the management to lead sales for the company.

5. Understand client profiles, sales process to effectively navigate large/ small enterprises to connect with decision makers.

6. Conduct focused, elegant sales presentations, Draft proposals and work with the management to close deals and Maintain sales pipeline and forecast.

Must Have:

1. Problem solving attitude with ability to handle criticism gracefully.

2. Understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.

3. Excellent time management. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

4. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/targets as well as managing sales projections and maintaining a strong pipeline.
