Responsibilities
- Drafting Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deed, Conveyances, Contracts, Loan Agreements, Leases and other legal documents and other non-litigation drafting
- Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
- Conduct legal research
- Preparing Notes and Briefing Counsels/Senior Counsels.
- Attending court matters.
- Strategize, prepare for and attend mediation and arbitration.
- Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
- Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws.
- Reviewing and updating existing legal documents to ensure compliance with current laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, LLB, or J.D. degree)
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience after degree.
- Expertise in Drafting and good command of English language.
- Prior experience representing clients in Property related matters.
- Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Real Estate background and knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
