1.Responsible for HR function .Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joinees - To manage the corporate induction programme. 2.To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR. 3.To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required. 4.To work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and 5.consultation processes and to build staff engagement.Design and implement associate engagement activities.
