Job Purpose: To efficiently manage the entire Product portfolio of Test Prep products through their life cycle, to cater to the shifting needs of the customer for business generation and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and ensure achievement of targeted revenue and margins through all products of Test Prep. - Review and revise product specifications, design and costing as per market needs. - Coordinate with product specialists to work on product concepts, product mix and notes. - Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.&nbsp; - Driving product across development teams, through market requirements, product positioning. - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. - Analysing potential partner relationships for the product - Package the product to ensure positioning of the product is achieved. - Asses- market and competition activities. - Plan tactical steps at national and center level to capture market share. Work with Marketing and sales team to achieve the same. - Analyze reports on product performance to design growth path. Be the custodian for all product related feedback and reports. - Align with product development team for new market requirements. - P&amp;L statement, road map, sales forecast, channel distribution, new features for existing products. - Establish product alliances and partnerships to enhance revenue and generate leads. Experience and Skill Set : - Process Orientation - Sales Background with 2-3 yrs - Excellent analytical skills - Edtech background preferred, exposure to e-commerce. - Product management and marketing experience a must (BTL/ATL, work with Digital Marketing on campaigns).
