Key Deliverables :&nbsp; - Achieve the expected P&amp;L targets commission revenue and admission services revenue. - Prospect and develop new partner alliances. - University visit management including events. Job Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Hold P&amp;L responsibility : Plan and ensure achievement of targeted revenue and margins through all products of Admissions with enhanced enrolments and growing market share. - Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability; Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis - Create product marketing communications objectives and work with the sales to create product sales strategies - Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management - Review inventory levels and production schedules for product availability - Market new products with sales, marketing and product development teams - Analyze existing product and markets through market research &amp; competitive intelligence by conducting market research. - Responsible to review product specifications &amp; parameters and take informed product and commercial decisions as per market requirements for an enhanced ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and profitability. - Develop and implement product positioning and company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all concerned teams across regions for successful execution. - Establish effective and timely communication process for admissions business plans and ensure product amendments and changes are communicated and integrated with all stakeholders. - Support marketing campaigns and oversee overall product communication, including the website, product emailers and sales tool kit to ensure correct positioning of the product is understood and achieved. - Analyze reports on product performance to design growth path. - Prospecting and developing new universities alliances. - Partner universities relationship nurturing and servicing.
