Job Description- Product Development Specialist ( IELTS/English Language Training)

Job Purpose :

To manage all aspects of the product life cycles and take critical decisions on product enhancement, redesign and trainings to help stay competitive in the marketplace, addressing the trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the content development for all IELTS and English training language related products and services

- Have updated information about different platforms and integrated learning paths English/IELTS Learning program

- Work closely with content writers and other Subject matter experts to build the pedagogy, training manuals, teacher training program and certifications

- Custodian of the product for quality delivery and training all through the student cycle

- Assess course variants w.r.t. regional requirements work on changes (if required) and follow through customization as per market and student requirements and based on pedagogy and instructional design of TPR courses.

- Review and analyse content, pedagogy, student connect, online resources of competition via enrolling for classes, attending sessions, webinars etc.

- Design & execute product growth path in close collaboration with product manager

- Based on the NPS score, feedback & evaluations, review emerging student requirements and gaps in service and delivery

- Suggest / design strategies to enhance product awareness and new customer segments to product manager

- Ensure delivery process compliance metrics for academic delivery.

- Train the faculty and key members on delivery level structure of the product

- Owner of technical information of product on website.

- Review and evaluate product feedback from students.

- Work on variants of existing and new product lines associated with the product in close working with the NPD or Product Manager team, as applicable

Secondary role:

This role holder will be aligned with one or two of the following roles as learner cum trainee. This opportunity will provide the job holder a clear view of his lateral career growth options.
