The Princeton Review is a part of ST Unitas Company-a global education company. Manya currently operates in three major business verticals in the area of Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions and Language &amp; Communication Training. Now Manya is also venturing into online products segment to cater to larger market. The position holder is expected to be responsible for defining &amp; leading Go-To-Marketing strategy, positioning, pricing, and promotion and optimizing operational execution within development, production, and commercialization as to ensure successful execution of the company's business strategy &amp; plans. Key Deliverables -&nbsp; - Build Marketing strategy for the business - encompassing Brand Building, Brand Positioning &amp; Recall, Lead Generation, Content and Creatives. - Lead all Marketing Sub-Function Managers, by giving specific direction and aligning team goals with the organisation. - Drive Analytics to take informed decisions on Budgets &amp; P&amp;L, Marketing Operations and Customer Delight. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding of Short &amp; Long term organisation goals and achieving them by building strategy for the Marketing Function - Understand Market &amp; Customer Segmentation and devise customised Strategy and campaigns to beat the trends. - Build strategy on Brand Positioning, Brand Recall and Customer Delight. Contribute to the Product, Pricing and Delivery strategy. - Ensure that the Content and Messaging is consistent across channels and customer touch points. - Drive Lead generation for the complete Product Bouquet and optimise CPL and ROI. - Build and maintain research and customer databases through direct and indirect sources. - Build and Maintain Customer and Industry relationships to garner benefits to the organisation. - Build projections and campaigns for the business through internal information and market intelligence to attain and sustain market leadership. - Draw cost budgets for each sub-function of Marketing and be able to derive cost benefit for each marketing initiative. - Build collaboration within marketing team and with other functions to execute the marketing strategy - Lead marketing team from the front to drive the strategy execution and set challenging goals for the function and the team. - Develop the team to equip them to gain expertise at their respective sub-functions. - Drive effective communication with the team and with other functions to develop inter-functional synergy.
