- Should have experience in Content and Organic Marketing including Social Media Marketing, Blog post creation and promotion, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization

- Have understanding on page optimization, link building impacting search engine rankings, back linking and cross promotion

- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies

- Understanding of engaging the audience through gamification, quizzes, polls etc

- Driving traffic to website, landing pages, social media, apps

- Identifying and executing against key metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for enabling rapid growth

- Having experience in growth hacking tools such as Expandi, Zapier, Growth Bar etc

- Have experience with Ecommerce & WordPress sites

- Strong understanding of measurement and tracking tools (Google analytics, Similar web, SEM rush)

- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to increase business

- Being data driven and kind of data geek, clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics

- Should be well versed with expertise in UI/UX best practices

- Education - Post Graduate / Graduate from a premier institute

- Candidate should have 5-6 years of experience, preferably from Edtech background
