Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting MD with the business planning, monitoring and reviews against the strategic mandate from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and collate business indices related to budgetary and qualitative targets for the year and mid-term plans.

- Analyse and report variance in the above.

- Monitor and report industry and competition trends.

- Manage reviews with all departments and the board.

- Follow up and report progress on specific strategic projects from time to time.

- Design and manage reposting as per Business MIS.

- Manage Manya's representation and membership with industry associations, consulting companies and industry watchdogs.

- Work closely with the Marketing team on the Market Research for latest industry news to integrate it with the reports.
