ManVision - Accounts Role - HR Domain

- Ability to manage Internal recruitment, Finance HR activities.

- Ability to create a high energy culture and to attract high-quality talent to make an employer of choice.

- To complete daily entries in the accounting system namely in QuickBooks and coordinate with Clients for Invoice payments.

- Experience in managing a team Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system and HR systems

- Experienced in Vendor Management.

- To maintain spreadsheets, monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports.

- Excellent organization and administrative skills, knowledge of accounting rules. Basic knowledge of TDS and GST.

- Exceptional communication skills to manage all employee and accounts related communications.

- Timeliness and accuracy of financial accounts (including invoices, employee reimbursements etc.)

- Developing and implementing staff consultation and grievance procedures Overseeing general discipline and adherence to company rules and policy

- Ability to manage payroll, expenses, invoicing, general admin and travel related matters through a team of multiple individuals.

- This person must be willing to work as a part of the team to share the workload .Strong educational background in Finance (B.com / M.com ) preferably

- Must have the knowledge of Indian Tax System and regulatory filings Ability to lead operations teams and streamline processes such as accounting, HR, travel etc
