Manufacturing Manager - Food/Healthcare/FMCG

Our Client: A Leading MNC into healthcare

Purpose of the role:

- Develop end to end strategy for NPI projects as per the company vision and the fasten delivery of NPI projects through leading collaboration of supply chain along with R&D and category during design stage of product.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop strategy and implementation plans

- Work continuously for process efficiency improvement initiatives

- Work as Technical consultant to other business streams

- Prepare and control capex budget

- Drive integration of product brief with evaluation of manufacturing feasibility, suitable sourcing options, technologies and risk mapping to achieve business plans

- Guide vertical lead on critical supply lead activities – due diligence, capex finalization, site gear up for commercialization and technology transfer for product launch

- Manage cross functional team through matrix working to deliver NPI projects through effective project management.

- Manage complexities of capacity Vs cost management

- Manage capabilities both internal as well as external to move into new formats

- Be seen as technical expert to understand any operational issues and devise solutions accordingly.

- Regular interaction and reviews with senior stakeholders involving Supply, R&D and Project management

Ideal Candidate:

- PG in Food Technology / Chemical engineering with 10-12 years of experience in a reputed Food FMCG industry of which 3-4 years role of team leader and demonstrated ability to work with commercial and manufacturing functions.

- Good exposure to diverse manufacturing process and factory operations.

- Should be good at project handling.
