Client Details

Our client is a fast growing organisation in the energy generation industry. They have a diverse portfolio of products and have made a strong mark in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Head, based out of their office in Delhi/NCR.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for -

- Handling end to end manufacturing operations including logistics, inspection, quality, maintenance, and delivery

- Planning for operations in the manufacturing plant and designing solutions to deliver on the same

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile

You will be a professional with around 10 years of experience in managing end to end manufacturing operations, ideally in Engineering / Energy Generation industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work.
