Manufacturing Head is responsible for implementing manufacturing strategy across all units to exceed customer expectations for product quality, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels and driving operational excellence.

Strategic :

- Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance

- Work closely with management to select most appropriate process improvement techniques that are of strategic importance to the organization

Financial :

- Prepare budget for manufacturing activities and ensure that all costs are as per the budgeted costs

- Lead development and implementation for overall cost productivity program across all areas of responsibility

Technical :

- Overseeing the performance, providing key insights and helping with aligning strategic decisions for Unit heads, Planning & Civil Project heads and ensuring enhancement of the technical capability

- Drive improvements in reliability for key aspects of machinery by completing reliability studies and identifying best planned maintenance strategy

- Ensure that manufacturing units operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and visitors

- Drive implementation of the Quality control programs to ensure the finished product meets desired quality standards

- Provide support and guidance to process engineering teams to drive process and productivity enhancement initiatives across all the manufacturing units

Capability :

- Responsible for maintaining and updating manufacturing policy, SOPs, guidelines and any associated documents

- Lead programs to improve technical training penetration and adoption amongst employees

People Management :

- Manage performance development, career aspiration and mobility of the team members as per the business needs

- Provide clear leadership and vision to team members, inspire and motivate employees to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills
