Job Description : - Responsible for sale operation in the showroom, assist/ guide/coach sales process on the floor. - Focused approach on achieving the target, facilitate close monitoring on the execution of sales plan. - Analyze and assess the sales data every day and take corrective action whenever there is a fluctuation in the sales pattern. - Actively participate and execute business strategies set by the management to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability. - Maintain high quality of customer service. - Develop effective way to positively influence and retain customers through engagement, connection, and creative problem solving. - Analyze Customer Satisfaction score as per timeliness with the reduced or no complaints as a benchmark. - Regular interventions and creative approach towards customer engagement. Team Development &amp; Performance Management : - Develops an open communication to let the team know about company objectives in terms of sales deliverables. - Participates in generating an execution plan across the store. - Act as a mentor to drive the team towards their achievement - Facilitate a culture of support, guidance, encouragement and appreciation in the store. - Perform periodic performance evaluation and suggest feedback, guidance and support. - Identify and facilitates training/sessions to develop product knowledge and selling skills wherever gaps have been noticed. - Develop performance improvement plan. - Update staff on business performance, new initiative and other pertinent issue. - Execute team engagement activities in coordination with the team HR and empower continuous improvement in the overall development. - Ensure 100% SOP Implementation and Adherence by the team.
