Mantri Developers - Senior Manager - Valuations

a) Should know Valuation of properties- Please do not look for Financial Analysis

b) Liaison with Local Valuers/lawyers and CA

c) Post Sanction Compliance of Banks/NBFCs

d) Getting CA certificates, Legal, Valuation and Technical Reports from Architects

e) Should be aware of Ratings of Companies done by rating Agencies like CRISIL/CARE/ICRA

f) Loan Documentation Experience required in Post Sanction of Loans

g) Bank Compliance - Post Disbursement

h) MIS reporting to NBFCs/Private Equity

i) Disbursement of loans in various Branch once documentation is over.
