Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
- To achieve Leasing Action Plan as per ABP.
- Yielding higher than budgeted numbers and delivering as per projected timeline.
- To achieve the target of 98% occupancy at Mantri Square.
- Target conversion of all the revenue share lease model tenants to minimum guarantee lease model tenants.
- Preparing and maintaining leasing agreements & lease deeds, LOIs surrender of leases & other documents.
- Responsible for meeting timelines of fit outs and legal documentation of new brand Mantri Square.
- To bring in new categories & new brands to the Mantri Square.
- Pathfinder (ADSR) software implementation in all the billing systems of the tenants at Mantri Square.
- Renovation of tenants who have completed 5 years lease at Mantri Square.
- Advertise and promote available space
- Show spaces on demand to prospective tenants
- Take care of inquiries and perform necessary follow up activities
- Tenant Relation Management
- Filing and day to day updating of records
- Meet retailers frequently to understand business
- Retail mapping of Bangalore ( High streets & Malls)
- Maintaining retailer database
