Job Objective: To develop and drive strong PR strategies for MDPL and MDPL Projects in alignment with organizational objectives
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop MDPL's PR philosophy in consultation with Vice President, Corporate Branding and drive PR initiatives of the organization
Operational
- Monitor and review that any information about MDPL going in media conforms to the corporate values of MDPL and media content for the same.
- Identify and empanel PR agencies for publicizing of company information or report publications
- Identify appropriate channels and media mix for corporate internal / external communication
- Develop and deliver corporate related communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage media relationships and review all PR communication to the press
- Manage relationship with various PR agencies so that any wrong information should not come into media
Financial
- Increase MDPL's corporate valuation through corporate communication initiatives
- Formulate annual PR budget and ensure adherence to the same
People
- Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work

Desired qualifications MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing/ Media Management
Desired experience 8-12 years experience with at least 3 years experience in handling the Branding function in the Real Estate industry
