We are looking for an aggressive and seasoned professional who can set up processes, build and lead our Sales team to Success. Candidate should have few successes to share from their last 2 organisations and want be part of our dream team and to see double digit products launched in the SaaS space this year. https://mantragroup.com/

Candidates Profile :

- Should have a minimum of 20 years experience in international sales with at least 5 year in USA market

- Latest experience of selling SaaS products

- At least 3 years experience in developing processes and driving sales

- Track record of driving increasing revenue on a Q-O-Q basis

- Must be flexible about duty hours

- Strong at customer engagement and negotiations

- Hands on experience of partner management

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies for selling in different geographies

- Develop and execute business plan and budget

- Develop process and ensure to follow

- Mentor the sales team

- Track and guide team is achieving Sales Targets

- Maintain a healthy pipeline at any point of time

- Interface, evaluate, negotiate and collaborate with partners

- Provide the product team customer feedback about features, preferences

- Provide regular performance report and periodic business review reports to management
