We are looking for an aggressive and seasoned professional who can set up processes, build and lead our Sales team to Success. Candidates Profile :
- Should have a minimum of 20 years experience in international sales with at least 5 year in USA market
- Latest experience of selling SaaS products
- At least 3 years experience in developing processes and driving sales
- Track record of driving increasing revenue on a Q-O-Q basis
- Must be flexible about duty hours
- Strong at customer engagement and negotiations
- Hands on experience of partner management
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies for selling in different geographies
- Develop and execute business plan and budget
- Develop process and ensure to follow
- Mentor the sales team
- Track and guide team is achieving Sales Targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline at any point of time
- Interface, evaluate, negotiate and collaborate with partners
- Provide the product team customer feedback about features, preferences
- Provide regular performance report and periodic business review reports to management
