Technical Manager ( SaaS Product )

Desired Profile:

- 14 + Years of experience in the software industry preferably in Product development

- Experience in designing, architecture, coding, and code review, familiarity with Web applications/Mobile applications and desktop applications

- Prior experience in delivering enterprise applications in line with business objectives

- Medium to Large-sized team management

- A bachelor's degree in the field of computers & IT

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with the Product Team Heads for requirements elicitation and analysis

- Suggest best practices for solutions and designing

- Design the Team structure, prioritize tasks, and task delegation

- Should work on sprint plans to meet the business objectives

- Drive the team and help in coding and code reviews

- Should collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the delivery as per the agreed timelines

- Should work with the concerned stake holders to provide the status of the progress

- Demonstrate the Product to the target audience

- Importantly, should play a pivotal role in hiring to expand the team

- Technology Stack:

- A full stack developer familiar with working experience in the latest technologies in front-end and back-end preferably Java, Python , Java Script and React - JS

- Cloud based technologies, SaaS applications, AWS
