Project Manager BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES: - Will be part of Manthan Professional Services team - Responsible for the on-time & quality delivery to a customer. Owns the end-end cycle of DWH & BI implementation - Manage & mentor project team members - Stakeholder management, expectation management & risk management - Should have the experience to deal with senior management & BI director of the customer - Will liaise and work with clients and creating ideal solution delivery approaches - Should Closely monitor and track project status and take corrective actions where necessary and make escalations as necessary - Will be a role model on technology to the team and be part of the technology component design & development process - Should be detail oriented, hands on person ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: - Should possess strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts, design principles, and software architecture. - Should have done at least two end to end BI projects, and worked on at least one data integration project. - Possess strong knowledge of SDLC/ agile. - Should have good customer Relationship skills - Exposure managing projects using onsite- Offshore delivery model - Strong project management capabilities - Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal written & verbal communication - Strong in handling large volumes of databases (around 500gb to 1.5tb) - Strong on any one of the databases like DB2, Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL, Green plum etc. - Should be a Self-starter, and be able to work under minimal supervision and drive projects independently NICE TO HAVE: - Retail/CPG domain experience - Cloud solutions exposures - Preferably work in product organization but on the professional services side - MP or equivalent certification - Having global experience (onsite experience)
