BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve Manthan's customers working alongside to implement, understand and use Manthan's products effectively to drive positive impact to their business - Drive Manthan's - On-Boarding Workshops- for its new customers - determine the business needs and identify configuration/customization requirements - Document client's business rules, challenges, future state needs and gap analysis - Validate Pre-UAT customer instance so as to ensure data consistency, configuration and customizations are met per customer expectations - Conduct on-site training session for end users - Support customers in assimilating the product during the onboarding period - this would be an on-going activity. - Provide best practices to customers on category management, operations or sales. - Develop analytics models using the data mining algorithms in the product and ensure the analytics is actionable and impacts the customer's business positively - Create business workflows in the product based on the needs of the customer PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE: - 6-10 years of experience in food distribution services as a practitioner or as a Business/Functional Consultant - Strong experience in implementing and/or using Business Intelligence (BI) - Experience with managing internal/external customers - Should have dealt with common challenges and solutions in category management, operations and sales management in the food distribution services sector - Ability to quickly learn product features and understand customer requirements - Understanding of the BI and Analytics market and competitive landscape is appreciated - Strong executive presence with communication skills to match.
