- Handle both direct and indirect procurement processes, including domestic and import activities.

- Collaborate closely with functional heads from various departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

- Coordinate with other departments to gather requirements and facilitate efficient procurement processes.

- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports and PowerPoint presentations (PPT) as per departmental needs.

- Evaluate vendors and analyze spend patterns to determine their performance and suitability.

- Conduct procurement performance analytics to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the organization's objectives.

- Assess market trends, identify potential risks, and seek opportunities to enhance procurement processes.

- Report directly to the Purchase Head, providing updates on procurement activities and performance.
