Manager - Quality Control (OSD) - Paonta Sahib (H.P.)

- Monitoring the effective functioning of - Finished product, Raw Material section and Process validation Groups of Quality Control department for Oral Solid Dosage forms.

- To ensure On-time analysis of Raw material, In-process samples, validation samples and Finished Product samples according to Production & dispatch plan schedule by following applicable standard test procedure/ Specifications.

- To ensure that timely reporting of results of testing & to ensure effective review of analytical reports to facilitate achievement of production schedules.

- Supervise the Team leaders and gives on-job training and trained them for enhance sectional output through monitoring analysis plan.

- To ensure Laboratories Instrument Qualification and calibration as per laid down procedure.

- Review of standard operating procedure, Protocol, reports etc. related to Quality control Department.

- Investigation of Laboratories incident, OOT and OOS result occurs in laboratories.

- Assist of department head as and when required, any other assignment allocated by Head quality control.

- Procurement of column, impurities and instrument for new ANDA submission batches.

- Submission of Reports CQA for regulatory department for ANDA filing with in stipulated timeline.
