- Partner with Marketing teams to drive performance of key brands
- Aid in data interpretation and analysis to find key growth drivers of companies top 50 brands
- Define and support in orienting marketing strategy & communication.
- Guide & Assist the marketing team in capability building, Effectively collaborate with brand managers to communicate brand excellence framework and aid them to drive adoption.
- P&L experience of pharma brand is must and Experience of running pharma brand campaigns, KOL engagement, Digital Marketing plans is advantage
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Pharma Brand management experience
- BPharm/ BSC/ MSC/M Pharm or similar graduate and MBA is added advantage
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset
