Position Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases across various business functions within Mankind Pharma. As AI Lead at Mankind Pharma, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance our processes, improve patient outcomes, and drive business growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's roadmap for AI adoption and ensuring its successful execution

Responsibilities :

1. Use Case Identification :

- Stay abreast of latest developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI.

- Conduct market research & collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential use cases where AI can create value for Mankind Pharma.

- Conduct feasibility assessments and prioritize use cases based on business impact and technical feasibility.

2. Strategic Planning :

- Develop a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Work closely with business leaders to understand their pain points and challenges, translating them into actionable AI initiatives.

- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI projects.

3. Use Case Implementation :

- Partner with the IT Team & external vendor partners to design and implement AI solutions.

- Lead project teams in developing and deploying AI models, algorithms, and applications.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows.

4. Change Management :

- Drive organizational change by promoting AI adoption and fostering a tech-driven culture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any resistance to AI implementation.

- Facilitate training and support for end-users.

5. Continuous Improvement :

- Monitor the performance of implemented AI solutions and iterate as needed.

- Explore emerging technologies and assess their relevance to Mankind Pharma's business needs.

- Continue to build thought leadership by attending conferences, and participating in industry forums.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Business Management/MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, and 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment.

- Experience with generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Previous consulting or IT consulting experience with projects across AI is a plus.
